Me aseguraron un precio y sin avisar dejaron de cubrirme y me dicen que ahora necesito pagar el doble si quieren que tenga seguro. Liliana fue la que me atendió. Mucho cuidado que solamente le van a hacer perder el tiempo y estafarlos. Literally nothing but lies. I called to get an estimate for my home and car insurance policy. They assured me a price, and without warning, they stopped covering me and now say I need to pay double if I want insurance. Liliana was the one who assisted me. Be very careful, they will only waste your time and scam you."

"Been insured by this company for the last 8 years. On oct/01/2022 I had a dishwasher water hose broken which make a damage to the condo drywall and hallway carpet trying to have this fixed thru them but they said. after an exausted investigation my claim was denied .when they never came to my unit to see the damage. "I called this agency requesting some documentation for a LLC and the employee emailed me the wrong documentation. As an insurance agency I believe the employees should know the difference between one and the other insteadof wasting their customers time. After the employee asked if I was a person in particular and I said no she then moved to send the wrong documentation. Not professional whatsoever. The call was not today but earlier in the week and the employee is Elena Arellano!"
